SCLM: Any Wonder the Daily Show Wins Awards

Let's have a run-down of what the Broadcast Media has been covering the last few weeks:

(1) Knight-Ridder report on Woolsey and how eventually Bush and Powell knew that the stories of Iraqi Mobile-Weapon Labs were false at the time they used them as reasons justifying action to the American Public and the World?

-- Ah, not much.

(2) Stories from the legitimate Australian Press that Iyad Allawi murdered six individuals in cold blood?

-- Nothing.

(3) What's in a Democrat's Pants?

WOO-HOO! Lead Story...ring the bells...put up the siren...have Wolfe be an attack dog. Ding, Ding, Ding.

OK, we have a President who LIED about a War, clear evidence the "mistake" meme is bullcrap. We have evidence that we've replaced one bloodthirsty beast at the price of $200 Billion, 900 American Soldiers, thousands of other deaths...only to put in power another bloodthirsty beast.

But we cannot talk about that, because, after all, we have to talk about what is in Sandy Berger's pants.

Once again, little Missouri Journalism Professor, how are bloggers faux journalists compared to this crap?

Fuck it, let's take the gloves off.

BTW: The 9/11 Commission says the whole Berger tempest had NO EFFECT on their work.
