So Much To Savor

Kos pointed to a couple of interesting polls out today:

Pennsylvania: BHO opens wide lead

Florida: BHO takes the lead

Ohio: another poll, another BHO lead

Those are swing states, by the way. I read the good news and had to return to this Peggy Noonan column which ran in the dark days immediately after the 2004 election, wherein that that particular professional propagandist kicked us when we were down. Here's my favorite passage:

I do not know what the Democratic Party spent, in toto, on the 2004 election, but what they seem to have gotten for it is Barack Obama. Let us savor.
